Does Chrysler Still Have Universal Appeal?

The Us-based automobile maker Chrysler was officially founded in 1925 by Walter Chrysler when the Maxwell Motor firm was re-organised into the Chrysler Corporation. In January 1924, the first Chrysler automobile was launched and welcomed with open arms. The first model featured a carburetor air filter, a high compression machine and an oil filter. This first model was well received and bolstered Chrysler on to issue more 4-cylinder models in 1926.

Fast transmit 84 years and the Chrylser firm are still growing strong, despite a big shake up in the last few years. In 1998 Chrysler was purchased by Daimler-Benz Ag where it became DailmerChrysler Ag. In 2007 DaimlerChrysler announced the sale of just over 80% of the Chrysler Group to American provate equity firm Cerberus Capital Managment Lp. But this wasn't to be the end of the Chrysler sales. On 27th April 2009, Daimler signed a deal to sell its remaining 19.9% in Chrysler Llc and on 30th April Chrysler filed for chapter 11 reorganisation and announced a partnership plan with Fiat.

Nowadays Chrysler ranks colse to 13th in the world's largest car maker and has produced more than 1.89 million vehicles. It's in the "Big Three" American car manufacturers (after normal Motors and Ford Motor Company) and ranks ahead of major rivals like Bmw.




Ok so it's clear that Chrysler are enjoying great success but are they still favorite with drivers. The rejoinder seems to be a definite "yes". Chysler leasing is becoming more and more favorite every day thanks to the great aid and sophisticated vehicles it produces. favorite Chrysler models contain the Chrysler 300C Saloon, the Chrysler 300C Estate and the Chrysler Grand Voyager Mpv. Looking to the future, Chrysler are keen to embrace the "green car" phenomenon which is currently taking place. Chrsyler's Envi organisation was formed in 2007 to focus on electric-drive vehicles. The maker brought 3 all new galvanic vehicles at the Detroit Auto Show along with the Dodge Zeo Concept, the Chrysler ecoVoyager and the Jeep Renegade. There are also plans to bring out at least 3 new hybrid vehicles in the next few years, highlighting the manufacturer's commitment to ability "eco-friendly" vehicles.
